Basin Blossoms Canvas Print

Every spring (typically between mid March and mid April) the National Cherry Blossom Festival is held around the Tidal Basin in Washington DC. The focus of the festival is the blooming of the beautiful Japanese Cherry Blossom Trees which encompass the Tidal Basin area. Japan gave the United States a gift of 3000+ Cherry Blossom Trees in 1812.

First and foremost I am a Father of 2 beautiful girls. Originally I'm from Baltimore, Maryland, spending my childhood in South Baltimore (about 5 blocks from the Inner Harbor) and in 2010, I moved to Ocean View, Delaware along the Indian River Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Typically I photograph those things that capture my eye. With a portfolio including wildlife, architecture, people, places, statues, flowers, insects, sunsets, clouds, sky scenes, planes, boats, cars, motorcycles and more you will find a wide array of subjects.
