This photo was taken on Assateague Island National Seashore in Maryland. A few of the wild ponies were grazing and two stopped and seemed to pose for a moment allowing me to capture this image. Assategue is one of the few place where horses still roam free. Assateague Island stretches from southern Maryland into northern Virginia.
First and foremost I am a Father of 2 beautiful girls. Originally I'm from Baltimore, Maryland, spending my childhood in South Baltimore (about 5 blocks from the Inner Harbor) and in 2010, I moved to Ocean View, Delaware along the Indian River Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Typically I photograph those things that capture my eye. With a portfolio including wildlife, architecture, people, places, statues, flowers, insects, sunsets, clouds, sky scenes, planes, boats, cars, motorcycles and more you will find a wide array of subjects. There are a few digital creations as well. Since I still do some work in Baltimore I travel back and forth a couple times a week.
